It is recommended to arrive by taxi or public transport, stopping at Plaza Alfaro or Plaza de Santa Cruz, both just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. If arriving by car, you can drive to Plaza de Santa Cruz to unload your luggage and then park in the Cano y Cueto parking near Jardines de Murillo, about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
